The shitty phone photo does not do this piece any justice!  I recently showed some work in Charlotte, NC with Alexis Owen and I managed to swindle her out of this nifty screen print for the total of two miniature collages and the promise to mat and frame a collage trading card I sent her a few months ago.   Click on her name to check out her blog! She tackles screen printing, photography, and collage - moving from medium to medium with seamless ease as if to say, “I can kick your ass at art. I’ll do it in front of your whole family on your birthday. Also, you’re naked and it’s cold outside.”  And while she might not be that aggressive, her steady dominance of multiple disciplines is something akin to Napoleon conquering Europe.  Tell her Hoop sent ya.
